LET IT BE KNOWN THAT ALL BANANA PRODUCTS ARE FROM THIS DAY FORTH, ARE CONSIDERED ILLEGAL CONTRABAND ABOARD ANY VESSEL OWNED BY BOAT IS FULL,INC.

The following items are banned:

Bananas

Frozen Bananas

Dried Bananas

Banana Boat Sun Block

Platanos

Banana Flavored Lip balm

Banana republic clothing

Banana Bread

Banana Muffins

Mofongo

Banana chocolate chip pancakes.

T-shirts with Bananas

Banana + Coconut Nourishing Shampoo + Conditioner

Banana Ketchup

This is not an exhaustive list of all contraband items. If there is any question regarding a potentially banned product that is not covered by this list, please FAX, and only FAX an ingredient list to the BOAT IS FULL, INC Headquarters, at a minimum 27 days prior to any scheduled departure. Failure to FAX an ingredient list within the allotted time will result in an automatic permanent ban on said product, customer and the customer’s family from all future sailings.

I, hereby acknowledge the Boat is Full,INC policy on the prohibition of Bananas or any Banana derivative product onboard the SIDEKICK Dive Boat or any other vessel in the Boat is Full, INC fleet. I understand and agree to be permanently banned from a current trip or any future trip if I break this policy or even look similar to a banana at anytime.

I also understand and agree that any violation of the ANTI-BANANA policyshall lead to immediate expulsion from the vessel via “Walking the plank” (If said plank is unavailable, we will take any necessary measures to simulate a plank-like device, in lieu of “plank” the swim platform or pulpit may be substituted).
